We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of EKOVEST by way of market making.
The EKOVEST-C68 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The EKOVEST-C68 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The EKOVEST-C68 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025.
The salient terms of the EKOVEST-C68 are set out in the attachment.
