We refer to our earlier announcements made on 29 August 2023 (Ref No. GA1-29082023-00095), 24 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-24012024-00044), 26 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-26012024-00013), 23 May 2024 (Ref No. GA1-23052024-00036), 3 January 2025 (Ref No. GA1-03012025-00024), 20 January 2025 (Ref No. GA1-20012025-00043) and 3 February 2025 (Ref No. GA1-03022025-00042) in relation to Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 23 August 2023 filed at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (WA-22NCvC-470-08/2023) ("the Suit"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

The Board of Directors of TVHB wish to announce that, on 25 March 2025, the Court has dismissed the Striking Out Application filed by Toyo Ink Group Berhad and Trial has been fixed on 26 January 2026 to 30 January 2026.
