Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 6 January 2025 and the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as that used in the said announcement, unless otherwise stated.

The Board of Directors of D & O Green Technologies Berhad (“D&O” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Dominant Electronics Sdn. Bhd. (“DESB”), a 93.20%-owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a 51%-owned subsidiary, DH Automotive Electronics Sdn. Bhd. (“DHAE”), on 26 March 2025. The remaining 49% equity in DHAE is held by Jing Wei Hirain Automotive Electronics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Hirain”).
