The Board of Directors of IKKR wishes to announce that the Company has been informed by its external auditor, Milsted Langdon LLP (“Milsted Langdon”), of a restructuring within its firm.

Milsted Langdon has undergone an internal reorganization due to continued business growth and an increase in the number of Limited Liability Partnership (“LLP”) members. As part of this restructuring, and in compliance with UK audit regulations, a separate licensed firm, ML Audit LLP, has been established to undertake all audit engagements.

Following this restructuring, ML Audit LLP will take over as the Company’s new auditor, ensuring a seamless transition with no anticipated disruption to the audit process.

This announcement is made pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(15) of Chapter 9 of the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
