The Closing Price of RM0.3233 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of BJFOOD shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than BJFOOD-CL's Exercise Price of RM0.35, holders of BJFOOD-CL will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised BJFOOD-CL will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the BJFOOD-CL shall terminate absolutely.
