We wish to announce that DNEX-C35 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 March 2025 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM0.27814 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of DNEX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than DNEX-C35's Exercise Price of RM0.35, holders of DNEX-C35 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised DNEX-C35 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the DNEX-C35 shall terminate absolutely.
