We refer to the announcements dated 17 February 2025, 25 February 2025, 10 March 2025 and 20 March 2025 in relation to the Exit Offer as well as the offer document dated 10 March 2025 in relation to the Exit Offer (“Offer Document”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Offer Document.

The Board wishes to announce that the Board has today received a press notice from Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the Exit Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 2 April 2025 (“Closing Date”).

In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the detailed disclosure of level of acceptances of the Exit Offer as at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the Closing Date is set out in the attached press notice.
