We refer to NATGATE's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 27 February 2025 and 25 March 2025 respectively pursuant to the 1.0 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 (“Special Dividend”).
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of NATGATE-CO. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of NATGATE-CO shall remain the same. |
