(Reference is made to the announcements made on 24 April 2024, 24 June 2024, 27 June 2024, 16 July 2024, 21 October 2024, 28 November 2024, 23 December 2024, 24 January 2025, 26 February 2025, 27 February 2025, 28 February 2025, 25 March 2025 and 26 March 2025, and the circular to the shareholders of Eden dated 9 January 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”).
