Description	JT International Berhad (“JTI” or “the Company”) Application for the withdrawal of the listing status of JTI from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) pursuant to paragraph 16.07 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”)
We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 31 March 2014, 21 April 2014, 21 May 2014, 22 May 2014, 27 May 2014 and 10 June 2014 in relation to the take-over offer made by JT International Holding B.V. (“JTIHBV”) through CIMB Investment Bank Berhad which has become unconditional on 27 May 2014. The Board of Directors of JTI wishes to announce that, as more than 90% of the shares of JTI are held by JTIHBV and JTIHBV does not intend to maintain the listing status of JTI, the Company had today submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the withdrawal of the listing status of JTI from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 16.07(a) of the Listing Requirements. This announcement is dated 11 June 2014.
