We refer to the announcements made on 21 March 2025 and 24 March 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 10 April 2025, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of 48,632,267 new CBHB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

Subject to the following conditions:

(i) Confirmation by Kenanga IB on the compliance of at least 25% of the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements upon the listing and quotation of Placement Shares;

(ii) CBHB to furnish Bursa Securities with the certified true copy of the resolutions passed by the shareholders at extraordinary general meeting approving the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii) Kenanga IB and CBHB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(iv) Kenanga IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement.
