The Board of Directors of Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of the existing shareholders' mandate for the Company to purchase its own shares at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting to be convened.

The Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
