Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 20 February 2025 in relation to the Proposed Unilink Acquisition and Proposed Vision Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
On behalf of the Board, Interpac wishes to announce that the Company and the Unilink Vendors had on 11 April 2025 agreed to extend the Unilink HOA Expiry Date for a further period of 60 days, from 22 April 2025 to 20 June 2025.
On even date, the Company and the Vision Vendors had also agreed to extend the Vision HOA Expiry Date for a further period of 60 days, from 22 April 2025 to 20 June 2025.
