We refer to the announcements dated 24 February 2017 and 20 January 2022 in relation to the implementation and extension of the LTIP.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has made the fourth offer of options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company (“NVB Shares”) (“Options”) under the LTIP to its eligible employees today.
