The Board of Directors of TVHB (“Board”) is pleased to announced that Toyo Ink Sdn. Bhd. ("TISB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TVHB has entered into a Shareholders Agreement on 11 April 2025 ("Shareholders Agreement") with Dongguan Yunying Industrial Investment Co., Ltd, Brandon Loo Woon Hinn and Wong Jing Zhan ("collectively referred to as the "JV Partners").

(TISB and JV Partners are referred to as “Parties” and individually referred to as “Party”).

The Shareholders Agreement establishes a joint venture through Toyo Yingke Sdn. Bhd. ("Toyo Yingke" or “JV Company”). The JV Company shall carry out the business of trading in water-based inks and to explore opportunities to expand into manufacturing operations as part of its long-term business strategy.
