The Board of Directors of Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company intends to seek approval from its shareholders on the proposed renewal of shareholders' approval for the purchase of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Share Buy-Back") at the forthcoming 55th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

A Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
