OFFERING OF UP TO 77,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF MY E.G. SERVICES BERHAD ("MYEG") ("MYEG-C8O")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 77,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MYEG by way of market making.


The MYEG-C8O is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The MYEG-C8O is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The MYEG-C8O is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under MYEG-C8O are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
