We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 30 October 2024, 13 February 2025, 28 February 2025 and 3 March 2025 on the delay in issuance of outstanding financial statements for the financial period ended 30 June 2024 (“Outstanding Financial Statements”).
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that CAS Malaysia PLT has been nominated as the Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy in the office of auditors caused by the resignation of Messrs. UHY and the Company is still in the midst of preparing the Outstanding Financial Statements.
The application for another extension of time ("EOT") pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Company to hold its Seventh Annual General Meeting has been approved up to 30 June 2025.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Outstanding Financial Statements is targeted to be released in June 2025.
The Company will make further announcements on the progress of the above matter from time to time.
