The Board of Directors of FINTEC wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 April 2025 (late evening) received a notice in writing dated 15 April 2025 given pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016") from ChengCo PLT (“ChengCo”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, ChengCo's term of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from 15 April 2025.

ChengCo was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the last Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 29 November 2024 and is to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation of ChengCo is on a voluntary basis due to the stretched resources and intimated that they will be unable to cope with the Group’s stringent reporting timeline.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of the new auditors is finalised.
