We refer to the announcement made by VSTECS dated 26 February 2025 and our announcement dated 14 April 2025 in relation to the Special Dividend of 0.8 sen per share (Single Tier Interim Dividend) ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 16 May 2024, the terms and conditions of VSTECS-CD shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
