The Board of Directors of JHM wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting:-
1. Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate; and
2. Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority
(collectively referred as "Proposals").
The Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposals will circulate to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
