The Board of Directors of 3A wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate ("SBB Proposal") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Statement to the Company's shareholders setting out the details of the SBB Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
