The Board of Directors of ENG KAH CORPORATION BERHAD ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 28th Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be convened at a later date, for the renewal of mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature ("Proposal").

A circular containing information in relation to the Proposal will be available for download from the Company's website together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, in due course.

The interested Directors and/or Major Shareholders of the Company will abstain from voting on the relevant resolution in relation to the Proposal at the forthcoming AGM.
