Mah Sing wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at its forthcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held on a date to be announced later:

(1)       Proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and

(2)       Proposed renewal of share buy-back authority to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company.

A circular/statement containing details of the above proposals will be despatched together with the Integrated Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
