The Board of Directors of Infoline wishes to announce that the Company had submitted and received approval from the Companies Commission of Malaysia for an extension of time up to 30 September 2025 to hold its Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016.
