Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcements dated 10 May 2024, 14 May 2024, 30 September 2024, 8 January 2025, 14 January 2025, 12 March 2025 and 19 March 2025 in relation to the Transfer of Listing ("Announcements").
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Decision Letter:-
1. The trading in Fibromat's shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new Fibromat Shares to be issued pursuant to the listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities ("Listing") until the completion of the Listing; and
2. The effective date of suspension shall be from 5 May 2025 onwards.
