We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 31,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TOPGLOV by way of market making.

The TOPGLOV-C5E is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The TOPGLOV-C5E is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The TOPGLOV-C5E is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under TOPGLOV-C5E are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
