The Board of Directors of Brite-Tech Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Purchase of Own Shares by the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Share Buy-Back Statement detailing the Proposal will be circulated to the shareholders together with the Company's 2024 Annual Report in due course.
