We refer to the announcements made by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Duopharma Biotech”) on 30 April 2024 (“Announcement No. 1), 30 October 2024 (“Announcement No. 2”) and 9 April 2025 (“Announcement No. 3”) in relation to the contracts for the supply by Duopharma (M) Sendirian Berhad (“DMSB”), Duopharma Manufacturing (Bangi) Sdn. Bhd. (“DMfgB”) and Duopharma HAPI Sdn. Bhd. (“DHAPI”) (all wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Duopharma Biotech), through Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), of pharmaceutical and/or non-pharmaceutical products for the Ministry of Health Malaysia under the Approved Products Purchase List. For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in Announcement No. 1, Announcement No. 2 and Announcement No. 3, unless otherwise defined herein.

Duopharma Biotech wishes to announce that as at to date, DMfgB has received and accepted one (1) more Letter of Offer (“LOO”) from the Customer for the supply of Products as set out in the LOO to the offices and facilities operated and controlled by the Government of Malaysia, through the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Additional Contract(s) No. 3”). The Additional Contract(s) No. 3 shall remain valid and binding until 31 December 2026 or such other date as directed by the Government of Malaysia. The number of Products to be supplied under the Additional Contract(s) No. 3 is 1 and the total estimated value of the Additional Contract(s) No. 3 is approximately RM1,814,130.00 for the duration of the Additional Contract(s) No. 3.

The total number of Products in aggregate to be supplied under all the Contract(s) referred to in the Announcement No. 1, Announcement No. 2 and Announcement No. 3 plus the Additional Contract(s) No. 3 is 100, the total estimated value in aggregate of all the Contract(s) referred to in Announcement No. 1, Announcement No. 2 and Announcement No. 3 plus the Additional Contract(s) No. 3 is approximately RM684,153,429.32 for the duration of the Contract(s) referred to in the Announcement No. 1, Announcement No.2, Announcement No.3 and the Additional Contract(s) No. 3.

The acceptance of the Contracts from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd for the supply of the Products is in the ordinary course of business of the Company.
