Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(20) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Sentoria Morib Bay Sdn. Bhd. (“SMBSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 29 April 2025, been notified on the Appointment of Receivers and Managers by ADAMPRIMUS & Co. PLT, under the powers contained in the debenture dated 20 July 2018 entered between SMBSB and Malayan Banking Berhad (“the Lender”).
