FIBROMAT - WITHDRAWAL OF LISTING FROM THE LEAP MARKET

Please be advised that:

i) Pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements (“LEAP LR”), the trading in the Company's shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 5 May 2025; and

ii) Pursuant to Rule 8.05 and 8.06 of the LEAP LR, the Company's entire issued shares will be removed from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 8 May 2025,

to facilitate the transfer of the Company's entire issued shares from LEAP Market to the ACE Market. Your attention is drawn to the Company's announcement dated 24 April 2025.
