The Closing Price of RM0.3542 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of JCY shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than JCY-C18's Exercise Price of RM0.40, holders of JCY-C18 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised JCY-C18 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the JCY-C18 shall terminate absolutely.
