Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the circular to shareholders dated 16 December 2024 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has received the Notice of Confirming Reduction of Share Capital from Companies Commission of Malaysia, that all the requirements with respect to reduction of share capital of the Company, have been complied with and that the share capital of the Company is as stated in the order of the Court dated 6 March 2025.
