Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(35) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Minho wishes to inform that there was a variation of more than 10% between the audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 ("AFS 2024") and the unaudited results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2024 ("4Q FYE2024 Results") previously announced on 28 February 2025, whereby the profit after tax in the AFS 2024 is now stated as RM5.73 million as compared to the profit after tax of RM6.39 million in 4Q FYE2024 Results announced earlier.

Details of the variance are as shown in the table below:-

The variance of more than 10% was mainly due to losses which arose from deferred taxation of RM693,018.00 and net movement in income tax expenses of RM570,742.00. The adjustment was on deferred tax liabilities of the Minho Group, recognised due to the timing difference between Net Carrying Amount of the assets against the Tax Written Down Value of the same assets. The additions in the property, plant and equipment of RM26,987,317.00 gave rise to the increase in differences between the Net Carrying Amount and the tax base for tax purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, this additional provision had not been accounted for in Minho’s 4Q FYE2024 Results.
