The Board of Directors of Jentayu Sustainables Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that Datuk Haji Beroz Nikmal bin Mirdin has on 2 May 2025 been redesignated as the Group Managing Director of the Company, having relinquished his position as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Abdul Halim bin Jantan has on 2 May 2025 been redesignated as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors while Datuk Beroz will continue his executive role in his new capacity as Group Managing Director to ensure a smooth transition following the resignation of Mr. Baevinraj Thiagarajah as Chief Executive Officer. |
