Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 2 May 2025 in relation to the amended announcement for the Audited Audited Financial Statements for the financial period ended 30 June 2024 (“AFS”).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the amendments made to the AFS are as follows:

1) Changes in the wording for the financial period to be read as "the financial year ended 31 December 2022" and "the financial period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024", whichever is applicable.

2) Additional paragraph on "Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern" in page 11 of the Independent Auditors' Report.

The rest of the information of the AFS remains unchanged.
