RESUMPTION OF TRADING

Further to Listing Circular No. ILC-04112024-00016, kindly be advised that the above Company had on 30 April 2025 and 2 May 2025 submitted its annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2024 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe i.e. 30 April 2025, pursuant to Rule 6.14(5) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("LR").

In view of the above, kindly be advised that trading in the Company's securities will be uplifted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 5 May 2025.
