YTLPOWR - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 1,674,134,461 WARRANTS IN YTL POWER INTERNATIONAL BERHAD ("YTL POWER") ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 5 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN YTL POWER HELD AS AT 5:00 PM ON 27 MAY 2025 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue”] as from: 26 May 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 27 May 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants will not be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. 

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of YTL Power ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of YTL Power within 8 market days after the Entitlement Date.
