OFFERING OF UP TO 26,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF YINSON HOLDINGS BERHAD ("YINSON") ("YINSON-C46")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 26,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YINSON by way of market making.


The YINSON-C46 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The YINSON-C46 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The YINSON-C46 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under YINSON-C46 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
