Reference is made to Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd's ("MEB" or "the Company") announcement on 9 May 2025 in relation to the Notice of Arbitration received from TFO (“the Earlier Announcement”). The Board of Directors of the Company wish to inform that the Company had received a notification from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 13 May 2025 to provide additional information in relation to the Earlier Announcement.
Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcement.
