Reference is made to Rohas’ announcement dated 30 April 2024, 6 May 2024 and 14 August 2024 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements in relation to the Disposals.
The Board of Rohas wishes to announce that the Disposals have been completed following the issuance of the new title in accordance with the successful registration of the Transfer in favour of the Purchaser/IACSB in respect of the Property and the due receipt of the balance Property Disposal Consideration under the SPA by the Vendor on 14 May 2025.
