The Board of Directors of KRONOLOGI wishes to inform that KRONOLOGI intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten per centum (10%) of its total number of issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority") at the forthcoming Eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.
A Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority together with the Annual Report 2025 will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
