Further to the announcement made on 1 August 2024, UMediC Group Berhad (“UMC”) wishes to announce that the Liquidator convened the final meetings of Actimed Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. and U Medihealth Sdn. Bhd. (“the Companies”) on 16 May 2025. The Return by Liquidator relating to the final meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 19 May 2025 (the "Lodgement Date"). The Companies will be dissolved on the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgement Date.
