The MAYBANKC1Z is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2024, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 15 January 2025, Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 20 March 2025, Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 April 2025 and the Term Sheet for the MAYBANKC1Z dated 20 May 2025.
