The Board of Directors of B.I.G. Industries Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that Lumanai Sdn Bhd [199601011441 (383790-D)] (“Lumanai”), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has applied to strike off its name from the Register pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 (“CA 2016”). The Registrar has issued a notice under Section 551(1) of the CA 2016 to Lumanai on 17 May 2025.   

The striking off of Lumanai will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2025.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said striking off.
