On behalf of the Company, the Board wishes to announce that AIS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 20 May 2025 entered into an AGREEMENT with DELEMONT to regulate the relationship as the initial incorporators/shareholders to form PT Alpha IVF Dan SPOG Bali, a corporation to be registered under the Indonesian Company law.
