Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the same. Further to the Company's announcements made on 4 November 2024, 7 November 2024, 26 November 2024 and 25 February 2025 the Board of Directors of Elridge Energy wishes to inform that both parties are still under negotiations and have not entered into a Definitive Agreement pertaining to the supply of Green Gold Label Certified palm kernel shells with JFE Shoji Corporation. This announcement is dated 21 May 2025. |
