Further to the Company's announcements made on 4 September 2024, 26 November 2024 and 25 February 2025 the Board of Directors of Elridge Energy wishes to inform that both parties are still under negotiations and have not entered into a Definitive Agreement pertaining to the sale and purchase of palm kernel shells with PT Orion APAC Indonesia. This announcement is dated 21 May 2025. |
