Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 24 February 2023, 24 May 2023, 24 August 2023, 24 November 2023, 23 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 23 August 2024, 22 November 2024 and 21 February 2025 in relation to the MOU signed between PECCA and MARii (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to update the following: -

1. On 7 March 2025, the Company had a productive meeting with MARii’s top management to realign potential future collaborations between both parties. The meeting reaffirmed PECCA’s commitment to aligning with current government policies and initiatives, demonstrating the Company’s continued support for the national automotive agenda.
2. The Company has enrolled an employee from the Production Department in the Lean Production System (“LPS”) Process Operation Certification Program under MARii’s Vendor Development Program, held from 10 to 12 March 2025. This initiative aims to enhance the employee’s knowledge in LPS and certify their work experience through the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Level 3 in LPS Process Operation.
3. On 15 April 2025, the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry and MARii extended a business collaboration opportunity to the Company through an engagement with the Ministry of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This initiative enables the Company to explore broader international markets and foster valuable global partnerships, with the support of key Malaysian government agencies.
