The Board of Directors of ENRA wishes to announce that on 21 May 2025, ENRA Energy Solutions Sdn Bhd, an indirect 70% owned subsidiary of ENRA, has entered into a Technical Collaboration Agreement (“TCA”) with Fincantieri S.p.A., a joint stock company incorporated in Italy.

The TCA, signed in the presence of Italian and Malaysian authorities, provides for cooperation in the supply and support of new naval vessels, including Multi Role Support Ships and Littoral Mission Ships.

The TCA is not expected to have any immediate material financial effect on the earnings, net assets, or gearing of ENRA Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. However, the collaboration is expected to contribute positively to ENRA Group’s long-term strategic positioning in the maritime and defence sectors.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the TCA.

Any key development in relation to the TCA will be announced as required.
